I also wanted to point out how wonderful Max and Jase were to work with. Their attention to details, customer service and communication skills made all of our last minute changes effortless.
They went above and beyond for us and we truly appreciate all of their hard work and efforts. Another important thing that both of them showcased (which is rare) is their ability to lead their team efficiently and in a very respectful way; it seems like everyone was happy to be there!

Relish was on hand with Breyers ice cream to celebrate their 150 year anniversary. The event took place in Madison Square park and featured over 5,000 guests including celebrity chef, Curtis Stone.

Relish Catered The Thomas Collective’s “For the Love of Wine” Wine Bar Wars Event.
The event featured Chilean menu selections from Relish Executive Chef Raymond Mohan and an eclectic mix of sommeliers to assist guests and introduce them to some of the best wines Chilean has to offer.
Chef Mohan paired the wines with a selection of passed hors d’oeuvres to include; Wood Roasted Carrot with Queso de Cabra and Fennel Relish, Tuna Ceviche with Pink Grapefruit and Lime Juice, Serrano Peppers and Cilantro, Chilean Scallops Gratin on the Half Shell with Parmesan, Seared Beef Tenderloin Lomo with Deconstructed Chimichurri Crust.
Fortunately Saturday’s weather was idyllic for the annual BuzzFeed Fourth of July Beach Party in Amagansett, East Hampton. Two bustling beach bars and long staggered red and white star clad tables, lined with white wooden seats and topped with pretty blue flowers; transformed the beach into the perfect patriotic party.
400 happy guests enjoyed a balmy evening by the water, sipping fruit punch and feasting on delicious selections from the two enormous beach barbecue buffets, of which included Grilled Quinoa Burgers with Caramelized Peppers and Chipotle BBQ Sauce; Grass Fed Angus Burgers; Jerk Pepper Shrimp on Sugar Cane Sticks; Organic Chicken Sausage; Slow Roasted Brisket of Beef with Spicy Relish BBQ Sauce; Vegan Black Bean Fritters with Summer Salsa; and a variety of succulent sides and salads such as Grilled Corn “off the cob” and a Buckwheat Salad with Grilled Peaches, Cherry Tomato and a Sherry Vinaigrette.
The Ice Cream bar with its medley of house-made ice creams, sorbets, toppings and choice of mix-ins was definitely a fun summery highlight with long queues of kids and adults forming all evening.
Of course, a Fourth of July celebration is never complete without a splendid show of fireworks, and what a show it was!
Monday, May 12th was a beautiful spring night to host a party in Central Park. The 2,500 attendees of the FOX Upfront after party were in for a real treat. Clients dined on an abundant selection of Global Food Stations, from a Contemporary American Short Rib station, to the Asian station, to the Islands Caribbean station, and the Comfort Italian station.
The “Late Night” menu kicked into gear at 9pm and featured lots of yummy treats such as an Apple wood Smoked Bacon Bowl filled with creamy Bacon Macaroni and Cheese and toasted bread crumb, Grown Up Parmesan Crusted “Chicken Nuggets” with Burrata and Spiced Pomodoro, and the “Elvis Special”, Grilled Peanut Butter and Banana Slices with Crisp Bacon on Potato Bread.
The biggest hit of the night was out 36′ long Dessert Bar featuring 10 types of Artisan Puddings, 5 varieties of Ice Cream Sliders, and 10 types of Specialty Alcohol Spiked Cupcakes.
