A recipe from our very own Chef Raymond!
Step 1: Gather Ingredients
4oz. burrata Cheese
4 oz. heirloom tomato cut into bite size pieces
. 2 oz. Micro greens
1 teaspoon aged balsamic
2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Step 2: Plating
Place the burrata cheese in the center of an appetizer plate
Place the cut heirloom tomato on top of burrata-season with salt and pepper
Add sprouts on top
Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and aged balsamic vinegar.
